Reservation Policies
Raincheck Policy: In the case of inclement weather all rental customers will have the option of a raincheck. The raincheck allows you to pick a new day for your reservation and is valid until the end of the current rental season. If the rental is taken out during inclement weather, the customer forfeits their raincheck offer and will not be issued a full or partial raincheck for lost time or experience while on the lake.
Cancellation Policy: We do not cancel reservations. Please be sure to finalize your party’s plans before making a reservation. In case of last-minute emergencies or otherwise, the marina will offer a raincheck valid until the end of the current rental season.
Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds for rental reservations. All rental reservations are final upon payment. Reminder: Fuel is provided on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. Monday-Friday, you will depart with a full tank of gas, and will be resposible to fill up and pay for what you used.
Damage Waiver:
-Included for every rental
-Covers up to $750 in damages.
-Anything greater than $750.00 you are responsible for payment.
JetSki Rentals
Fuel is not included with Jetski Reservations. Please be prepared to pay for the amount of fuel used.
